Join us for our second class in our Spring Wine School Series. In this class, John Trahan of Yes Wines will walk you through sparkling wine in all of its shapes and forms. We will talk about different styles, regions, grape varieties, and notable producers. We will discuss natural winemaking and natural Champagne in particular. The tasting will include 4-6 wines.
