The Buena Vista Public Library seeks a customer service expert to join our team. The library assistant links guests to its public resources, including books, movies, databases, digital content, computers, and programs. This 20- hour part-time position includes assisting patrons with reference requests, readers advisory, digital downloads, material checkout and return, account assistance, and may also assist with the delivery of classes and events. Library, public service, or customer service experience preferred. PTO, holiday, and retirement contribution included.
