Courtney works with HR professionals creating new strategies and systems that deliver a higher level of efficient, measurable, positive results. Courtney developed, implemented and ran an HR department of one for many years. She now shares what she learned from that experience to help other HR practitioners around the United States. Courtney has been published in national magazines including being featured in Inc. Magazine. She is a Colorado native and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management. Courtney is SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified.
