We are currently looking for volunteers to help out during the events and we would love it if you could join us. 
Here is some information on timing and areas that we will need some help:
 

Art in the Park

Set Up: Saturday, July 3 
9a – 5p (exact times TBD)

Event Day: Sunday, July 4
9a – 4p (Shifts: 6:30a – 10a, 10a – 2p, or 2p – 5p)
 
The volunteer needs for this event include:
  • Lining and numbering booths
  • Setting up tents and tables
  • Setting up rope and barriers around beer and entertainment area
  • Hanging signs and banners
  • Assisting with Vendor Check In 
  • Helping vendors load/unload
  • Selling beer tickets and serving beer 
  • Being at the information booth to answer questions

Gold Rush Days

Set Up: Friday, July 30 
9a – 5p (exact times TBD)
 
Event Day 1: Saturday, July 31
9a – 8p (9a – 12p, 12p – 4p, 6p – 8p)
 
Event Day 2: Sunday, August 1
8:30a – 4:30p (8:30a – 12:30, 12:30p – 4:30p)
 
The volunteer needs for this event include:
  • Lining and numbering booths
  • Setting up tents and tables
  • Setting up rope and barriers around beer and entertainment area
  • Hanging signs and banners
  • Assisting with Vendor Check In 
  • Helping vendors load/unload
  • Selling beer tickets and serving beer 
  • Assist with parking
